Darlos Revenge make it back to back wins in the cup

When you get beat in the main English cup you drop down to a secondary cup competition, bit like being beaten in the Champions League and dropping down to the Europa league.

I had been expecting to be beaten as this side has a higher ranking even though they are in the same league. But the more aggressive formation helped.

Need a little time, but in the future help to stage photo opportunities with what I have built already with the match reports.

It had rained all day, but 10140 hardy fans still made it out to DarlosRevenge ArenaEvyatar Gur Zeev was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Zahun Masya and Kiwil Auri.

For strong, physical players the heavy rain was easy to overcome, it was even an advantage given their style of play. Others, such as the quick or technical ones, made bleaker appearances.

They fielded: Nash - ParkerShaylor - TwohigBurrowsMeshramFrazerSlator - ReillyHughesHadley.

Darlos Revenge entered the field in a 2-5-3 formation. The visitors, AFC Owls 73, chose to start the game with a 5-4-1 lineup.

The wings were the focus of most of Revenge's attacks on this day, taking advantage of their extra-terrestrial level with that tactic.
0
Today, Owls's strategy involved concentrating on the flanks for their attacks, taking advantage of their titanic level with that tactic.
16
Revenge took the lead after 16 minutes as a result of Jody Hughes's peach of a shot from the right hand side of the box - placed beautifully in the top corner. 1 - 0.
20
Mikhail Ketov tied the game at 1 - 1 after 20 minutes, when he converted an incredible pass from the right.
24
Declan Parker was the first to reach the corner kick, but his header was blocked by the keeper. However, Revenge's Des Twohig managed to get hold of the rebound and tucked the ball into the empty net. 2 - 1
36
Russell Atkinson got left behind when Revenge's Joe Hadley left scorch marks in the turf 36 minutes, finishing off with a blisteringly swift strike. 3-1!
40
Owls kept trying to force their way through on the right side and Mikhail Ketov got his chance after 40 minutes, but the home side's defence held their position and stopped the attack.
45
3 - 1 was the halftime score.
45
Revenge had most of the ball, with 51 percent of possession.
54
With 54 minutes played, Revenge's well-worked indirect free kick caused havoc in the penalty area, and when the ball eventually fell to Ryan Frazer he gleefully slotted the ball home to make it 4 - 1.
63
Lee Fear would have preferred to play on, but his coach decided otherwise. Eric Lim entered the game for Owls as the match clock showed 63 minutes.
68
68 minutes into the game, Owls wanted to bring some new energy to their game. Helmar Van Kerrebrouck gave Tinus Extercatte a quick hug as he left the field.
71
71 minutes into the game, Revenge had difficulty finding their positions and their organisation dropped to poor.
72
Quentin Burrows of Revenge was booked for kicking the ball away after the whistle.
85
Revenge's Ryan Frazer hurt his back 85 minutes into the match, and had to be convinced by the medical team that it was safer not to continue the match.
85
The replacement for the injured player was Robert Şoima.
87
It was obvious that Owls had instructions to attack on the wings instead of in the middle.
88
Charlie Nash made a brilliant save 88 minutes into the match, blocking a rocket of a shot from Tinus Extercatte on the right hand side.
89
With 89 minutes showing on the scoreboard clock, Owls showed some good skill and were able to reduce the score to 4 - 2 when Eric Lim got past the home side's central defenders right in front of the goal.
89
As the match nears its end, the referee has deemed it appropriate to add 3 minutes as stoppage time.
90+3
The match ends 4 - 2.
Owls claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 51 percent.
Most important Revenge player was Joe Hadley.
On the other hand, Charlie Nash's play was disheartening.
Mikhail Ketov performed admirably for Owls.
Kevin Jakeman turned in a dismal performance, however.
